Synergy: Jim Zingarelli’s Paintings at Berklee
Professor of Art Jim Zingarelli’s work will be featured in a performance and virtual exhibit at the Berklee College of Music next week. Synergy: Chord and Color features original scores and performances by saxophonist Gail McArthur-Browne and violinist Helen Sherrah-Davies (both professors at Berklee College of Music) based on Zingarelli’s Chord and Color paintings. This collaborative arts project fuses painting and composition, creating a uniquely integrated experience for the audience.
The event will take place on Wednesday, September 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the David Friends Recital Hall at the Berklee College of Music in Boston.
