Jonathan Senning (computer science), Amy Brown Hughes (theology) and Evangeline “Angie” Cornwell (biology) were named the inaugural Vocation Faculty Fellows, a new award from the Career and Connection Institute.
Transitions, such as hybrid classes and remote internships, have reshaped the college experience for Gordon students. In response, the Career and Connection Institute (CCI) focused its first virtual and fourth annual Calling and Career Conference on equipping students for these transitional moments.
While many summer internships were canceled due to the pandemic, computer science students completing remote internships are gaining experience that will make them “exponentially more valuable in the workforce.”
